  • Aligned key stakeholders on Total Rewards purpose, narrative and desired perception
  • Developed a unified, sustainable communication system that was message and channel agnostic so it could be used to communicate about everything from annual enrollment to retirement
  • Designed and produced a multi-channel communications strategy to proactively communicate with employees using the established system, specifically highlighting the breadth and depth of the total offer

NEW HR SYSTEM

ONE-STOP SHOP FOR HR SUPPORT

CHALLENGE

  • HR information was housed across many different platforms and channels resulting in an inconsistent experience across all HR touchpoints
  • Employees were not able to quickly and easily access reliable HR service solutions
  • Too many channels for making HR requests and difficulty reaching the right HR expert resulting in slow resolutions

SOLUTION

  • Aligned key stakeholders on the purpose, goals and narrative, along with KPIs
  • Developed a comprehensive, multi-phase change comms strategy, specifically highlighting the WIIFM (what’s in it for me) for each audience
  • Designed and produced a multi-channel communications campaign to drive awareness and adoption of the new system

  • To help mitigate costs client was re-launching wellness program with new vendors and additional support

  • Campaign messaging was inclusive, respecting employees varied fitness levels
  • Campaign tactics included digital assets, print assets, email, intranet pages, and  gift box to support healthy habits
