Once upon a time I was in traditional branding. I worked with companies to help them define their purpose, vision, and values, and develop the traditional assets needed to support a brand (narrative, logo, website, etc.). Along the way, I realized that no matter how amazing the branding was it meant nothing if the employee experience sucked. After all, employees are responsible for representing the brand values and fulfilling the company purpose. Every. Single. Day.

So I took those branding skills and started working with Human Resources, helping them build better relationships with employees by delivering better experiences.

For a decade, I’ve helped HR move away from the spreadsheets, legalese, and acronyms to deliver compelling communications and experiences that engage employees and inspire action.
