FAQs

Question 1

Why little wins?

Because I needed an easy place to send people when they wanted to learn more about what I do and my last name is too long for a memorable URL.

And because it reflects my philosophical approach to building relationships and employee experiences (not to mention my general approach to life, too).

Big accomplishments – or big wins – are only possible after you’ve taken lots of little, successful steps.

You want to shift the employee experience? Change the narrative? Get employees to take action? You need to repeatedly and consistently create moments of awareness, education, and connection that inspire action.

question 2

Is little wins an agency?

No, Little Wins is not an agency. I am an independent consultant who builds project-specific teams as needed. And for every project, my team (when applicable) and I are committed to delivering comprehensive, integrated solutions that make you look awesome and empower employees. How’s that for agency speak?

question 3

How do you deliver an "agency-like" experience?

Through the years, I’ve cultivated a team of very talented partners including designers, copywriters, animators, developers, and producers. We’ve all worked at or with a variety of New York agencies. And we’re all committed to delivering a superior client experience and work that not only delights our clients, but also produces results.

And by working with a proven bench of independent contractors, I have the ability to customize teams as needed. That means you get all of the right players to create deliverables that meet your goals without any of the agency…extras. In other words, there’s no sexy office space or free snacks.

question 4

Why do clients work with you over traditional agencies?

There are lots of reasons but the biggest are probably:

  1. The relationships. I am deeply invested in my clients because I’m only successful if my clients are successful. It’s my job to make my clients’ lives easy and deliver work that helps them achieve their goals and makes them look like a rockstars.
  2. Human Resources only. I exclusively work with HR and understand its language, risk tolerance, and unique needs. While other, larger agencies may say they handle HR comms, they don’t love Human Resources the way I do.
  3. I’m not Human Resources. Because my background is in branding and marketing and not HR, I bring a different point of view to HR comms and the employee experience.
